Welcome to Buzz & Bliss! We are excited for you to experience our unique salon and spa for men and women located on the South side of Fort Collins. As a guest we want you to be transformed by our special environment of personal attention, comfort, sate of the art equipment, leading products and gracious service.
Our front desk experience directors are available 6 days a week for you to reserve your service reservation. For new clients that are booking an appointments that have a value over $50 a credit card number will need to be given to hold your appointment.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments:
As a courtesy to you, we will confirm your appointment two days before you are scheduled. Please give a 24 hour notice, should you need to change your reservation. If any reservation is cancelled the day of your service, or you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge you 100% of the total service cost. While we understand that emergency cancellations happen, our therapists and stylist are paid on a commission basis so we ask that you please respect their time, thank you!
When should I arrive?
Spa check-in time is 15 minutes prior to your appointment, to fill out paper work. Arriving late may deprive you of your treatment time as your appointment will end at the originally scheduled time as a courtesy to the next guest.
Silence is Golden
We love children, but to maintain our atmosphere we ask that you do no bring children with you unless they are receiving a service. Any client under the age of 18 must have an adult sign a consent form, and children under 18 must have an adult present in the room during the treatment.
All sales on makeup, brushes, equipment and clearance items are final. You may return a product within 7 days of purchase with a receipt for store credit. There must be 80% of the product left in the bottle. All sales are final on clearance items, discounted products and tools.
